The PIERRE Wave - Rounded Series 2 Gang Scene Switch (L+N) triggers scenes and device actions rather than switching a circuit of its own. Nothing is wired to it as a load — it sends commands to the PIERRE system.

Its two buttons each distinguish a short press from a long press, giving four separately assignable actions from one plate. Any of the four can be set to a lighting scene, a shading position, an HVAC setpoint, a group of devices, or an all-off.

Unlike a battery scene switch it runs on mains, from 100-240 V AC 50/60 Hz with both Live and Neutral required. That makes it maintenance-free, and it also lets it act as a full PIERRE Wave (Zigbee 3.0, 2.4 GHz) repeater at +20 dBm — every one fitted extends the mesh for the battery devices around it.

The front is tempered glass in white, mounting to an 80x80 mm box. Operating range is -10 °C to +40 °C at up to 90% RH.
