The Room Control - Recessed Wall Mounting Box for Brick and Concrete Walls is the back box that PIERRE room control displays recess into, for solid wall construction where the opening is cut or chased rather than clamped through a board.

The box measures 85 x 84 mm with a depth of 50 mm and weighs 63 g. That depth is what the room control displays require behind the plate — a standard shallow box will not take the panel together with its wiring.

Set it during first fix, flush with the finished plaster line and with the mains supply and any data cable already pulled into it. Allow for the plaster depth when setting it, since a box left proud cannot be corrected once the panel is fitted.
