PIERRE Portal

One platform for every system in the building.

PIERRE Portal is a modular, subscription-based web platform for building monitoring, control, and analytics. Facility managers, operators, and service providers see real-time data from every connected system, analyse performance, and respond before small issues become expensive ones.

The problem

Running a building without the Portal

Buildings keep getting smarter, but the people who run them are still flipping between five different apps to figure out what is happening today.

Systems that do not talk

HVAC, lighting, energy meters, access control, EV chargers. Each one in its own dashboard, each one with its own login, none of them aware of the others.

Faults discovered by tenants

The first warning that something is wrong is a phone call. A cold apartment on a Sunday, a flickering lobby light, a door that will not lock. The signal was in the data days earlier.

No clear picture of consumption

Water, gas, heat, and electricity readings collected by hand, once a month, from devices in five basements. Bills go out late and never quite line up.

Reports built in spreadsheets

Monthly reporting to owners and tenants becomes a two-day job. Copy-paste, formulas, email, follow-up. Then do it again next month.

Nine modules, one platform

Every connected system, in one place

PIERRE Portal is modular. Each project enables the modules it needs and adds more as scope grows. All modules feed the same dashboard, the same alert system, the same logs, the same reports.

BMS

Grid and topology views of every HVAC component, organised by floor and zone. Setpoints, statuses, faults, historical trends. Valves, pumps, sensors, fan coils, underfloor heating, ceiling cooling, mixing valves — all visible from one screen.

Lighting

Status of every fixture in common areas, apartments, and houses. Ambient sensor inputs, automation behaviour, fault detection. Smarter energy use and faster fault response.

Energy and power

Voltage, current, energy-meter readings, real-time consumption and production. Solar generation, EV charger usage. A complete electrical picture of the whole building in real time.

Consumption

Cold water, hot water, heat, gas, and electricity, all measured through PIERRE-integrated meters. Automated monthly reports exportable to billing systems or third-party invoicing.

Alert system

Configurable alerts on critical devices, measurement thresholds, and system anomalies. Deviations surface early so action happens before downtime.

Logs

Every warning and error recorded with context, frequency, and trend. The same data powers trend-based fault detection and predictive maintenance.

Access control

Entry and exit events for employees and visitors, real-time occupancy, work-time tracking, door statuses, and usage statistics. Authentication via mobile app, RFID, PIN, NFC, or shared key.

EV chargers

Real-time charger availability, live charging performance, group-based energy management, load balancing, energy-source configuration (solar, battery, grid), and historical usage data.

Analytics

Charger utilisation and efficiency, energy consumption per user, usage patterns over time. Exportable for billing, reporting, and cost allocation.

Where it pays off

The moments where the Portal earns its keep

Operating a building is full of small problems that, left to grow, become expensive ones. The Portal catches them while they are still small.

A pump that should not be warm

A pump that should not be warm

Logs show one circulation pump running three degrees hotter than the others for ten days. The trend triggers an alert. The technician swaps the seal on Tuesday morning. No flood, no Friday-night call-out.

Monthly invoicing in ten minutes

End of month. The operator clicks Export on Consumption, the system produces per-resource readings for every unit. Straight into the billing system, no manual collation, no follow-up emails.

Forty EV chargers, one breaker

Forty EV chargers, one breaker

Office parking at 8:30 AM, everyone plugs in. The Portal balances current across charger groups so the main breaker holds and every car still leaves topped up.

After-hours access, instant visibility

After-hours access, instant visibility

Someone enters the building at 2 AM. The access module logs the event, the alert system flags it, the notification reaches operations. Whether routine or anomaly, response time collapses.

Built around your project

Modular, subscription-based, scales with the building

Each project enables the modules it needs. Add modules later when scope grows. One subscription, one place, no separate vendor logins.
