Operationals Portal pulls every integrated system in the building into one operator-facing web interface. Facility managers see the whole HVAC topology, lighting across common areas, electrical readings and energy flows, utility consumption per resource, and a configurable alert system, without switching between separate tools.
The Portal is modular. Each project picks the modules it needs: BMS for buildings with heavy HVAC, Energy and Consumption for projects with metering, Access Control for offices and shared properties, EV Chargers for buildings with charging infrastructure. Modules are added or removed per subscription, scaling with the project.
Every event, fault, and warning is logged, so the Portal supports trend-based fault detection and predictive maintenance. Operators catch issues before they reach the end user, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency.
